CUSTOMER SERVICE
Position available for an individual with a successful track record in customer service and sales accomplishments.
Responsibilities include telephone contact with customers; handling of all customer reported troubles and queries to resolution; radio dispatching; testing; monitoring alarms; detailed record-keeping; computer data entry and reports processing.
Qualifications include 2 years college; 3-5 years experience in customer service and telecommunications including Internet; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and have a professional business manner. Proficiency with word processing and computer database programs. Touch-typing a must.
Work schedule includes a 40-hour work week: Tuesdays to Fridays 11:30am to 8:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am to 4:00pm. Excellent benefits package.
